„Коларовата къща” разполага с голям салон и четири стаи на втория етаж: стая с 3 легла, стая с 5 легла и 2 стаи с по 6 легла с общ санитарен възел на първи етаж - две бани /тоалетни. Туристически клуб/ механа с две помещения с камина и условия за приготвяне на храна, просторен двор с покрита и открита част с възможности за приготвяне на скара.

 

The Tourist Hostel is situated about 7 minutes from the center and bus stop of Batak. The hostel is run by the Tourism Association “Batuvtsi,” a member of the Bulgarian Tourism Union.

The House where the Hostel is situated was built in 1830 in the Bulgarian Revival architectural style, with 2 floors and a large courtyard – an excellent place for gathering after long hikes through the mountains.

The “Kolarova House” features a large salon and 4 bedrooms on the second floor: one room with 3 beds, one room with 5 beds, and two rooms with 6 beds. The first floor features two toilets and two showers, a dining room, an area for preparing/cooking food, a partially covered courtyard with a barbecue grill.
